• Some things to know:

    1. We roast most beans lightly (city roast)

    2. Use the right water! RO/distilled needs minerals!

    3. The grinder is your most important tool! No blades!

    4. Most drip brewers don’t get hot enough. Need about 204ºF.

    5. Freshly roasted has gas! Be patient a few days. Even a week.

    6. Let it cool until it doesn’t hurt for best taste!
