Story from the farm: We roasted this coffee for Samatha Sunn, a barista from La Colombe, during the United States Brewers Cup in Denver, Colorado. This coffee is beautiful and responsive, changing drastically as it cools; an absolute stunner! We find V60, C70 and the December dripper the best to brew this coffee. Use a ratio of 1:16.66.
